I remember the first time I saw someone perform a song in ASL. It was at the Miss Deaf New Jersey pageant where my sister was competing in. I was about 6 years old. This woman did Madonna's song, "Material Girl". From that day, I was inspired. Today, signing songs in ASL is a passion of mine and have been doing it for a long time. I will continue to perform whenever I get the chance.
